Here it is business as usual! We are following all the latest government guidelines and taking extra care that all work surfaces and hands are doubly clean whilst shipping out your orders.

Worldwide Shipping 

We post Worldwide! We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all prints! All orders except for the cushions will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on receipt of your order. As the cushions are hand made to order they can take up to 72 hours to be dispatched depending on demand. Please note that all products are shipped without tracking using Royal Mail and shipping times are estimated by Royal Mail but can vary and are not guaranteed. They are subject to changes or delays depending on your country or region.  
Deliveries to the UK can take up to 2-5 working days. The rest of the world between 5-14 working days.  
Shipping costs - the price of shipping on all products other than prints is calculated at checkout - it is based on the weight and amount of products you have purchased.

Ordered other products as well as Prints?

All prints are delivered separately from other orders and products with no extra cost. If you ordered other products as well as prints you will receive two separate packages but you will only have to pay for delivery of the products that aren't prints.  

FAQ'S

Do you except returns?

No we do not currently accept returns to the studio.

I filled in the wrong address at checkout?

If this happens contact us immediately after your order using this email: cordelia@blair-stickland.com. 

Damaged items?

In the unlikely event that an order is damaged upon arrival or it appears faulty in any away send us an email with a clear photo attached showing the damage to: cordelia@blair-stickland.com within 14 days of delivery and we will get that sorted for you ASAP. If you do not contacted us within 14 days, we will not be able to refund or take responsibly for the damaged item.

Custom Fees/Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any custom fees or import taxes with delivery.

Sustainability 

FSC certification 

All of our greeting cards have been made using FSC certified paper. This means that the materials that have been used to produce these cards has been collected from certified forests that have met the highest environmental and social standards.

Prints 

All our Giclée prints are printed here in the UK by a certified Hahnemühle print studio. With a particularly focus on sustainability, they are the only UK print studio to be carbon neutral.

Packaging  

Prints are carefully hand packaged and protected in recyclable plastic sleeves and posted in strong recyclable cardboard envelopes to insure that your print arrives in perfect condition.

Greeting cards are packaged into clear compostable sleeves to protect from damage and delivered in FSC certified and recyclable envelopes. Cushions are wrapped and packaged in recyclable tissue paper and pip boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

We are committed to continually trying to find more environmentally friendly solutions where possible. 

Fabric 

All the backing fabric that is used in the production of our cushions is made from batches of left over stock from fabric warehouses. By buying a cushion you are helping to avoid unnecessary waste and fabric ending up in landfill. Any fabric I have left over during production is saved and used on other smaller projects. Nothing goes to waste in my studio! 

For my cushions the designs are digitally printed using certified Azo dye free inks and the fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and/or meet the criteria of the European REACH standards.
